GEN topics updated 2021–22 (batch 2)

This GEN release provides content improvement and 2021–22 data updates to the following GEN topic pages:

• Admissions into aged care;
• People leaving aged care;
• People's care needs in aged care;
• Respite use on the way to permanent residential care (updated to 2019–20)

Trends in aged care service use are presented through text-based summaries and interactive visualisations, and accompanied by brief fact sheets and downloadable data. These data are primarily drawn from the National Aged Care Data Clearinghouse (NACDC). The NACDC user guide and table specifications are now available on GEN.
