2004–05 Report on the Operation of the Aged Care Act 1997

The report on the Operation of the Aged Care Act 1997 meets the requirement of Section 63–2 of the Act that the Minister for Ageing present to Parliament a report on the operation of the Act for each financial year. This report is from 1 July 2004 to 30 June 2005.
