2012–13 Report on the Operation of the Aged Care Act 1997

The Report on the Operation of the Aged Care Act 1997 (the Act) meets the requirement of section 63-2 of the Act that the Minister present to Parliament a report on the operation of the Act for each financial year. This report describes the operation of the Act during 2013–14 and includes additional information to aid an understanding of aged care programmes and policies.
