Aged care service list: 30 June 2024

Information on aged care services subsidised by the Australian Government under the Aged Care Act 1997, including:

• Residential aged care services (aged care homes)
• Services that provide Home Care Packages 
• Transition Care
• Innovation Pool
• Multi-Purpose Services providing aged care
• Short Term Restorative Care.

It also includes services funded under the National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Flexible Aged Care Program.

The files are current as at 30 June 2024 and are updated annually. This release has been updated on 19/12/2024 to include service-level funding data. 

Correction:

• 19/12/2024 – The 30 June 2024 service list files published on 27/09/2024 had incorrectly labelled the year of Aged Care Planning Region (ACPR), it should be 2018 instead of 2019. This correction does not impact the data.
